Delivery & handling is fixed at a flat rate of S$12 per order, regardless of items. Please provide a daytime address where there is someone to receive the item. The courier may call you before attempting the delivery. If no one is there to take delivery, then additional charges may apply. Delivery is currently limited to Singapore only. For overseas shipping, please contact us for details.

Sorry, pickup or self collection is unavailable at the moment.


Paypal and all major credit/debit cards are accepted. Click on Paypal, you can choose to "Pay with my Paypal account" or "Pay with my debit/credit card".


Handling and domestic delivery will take about 3-5 days. For overseas shipping, please contact us.


When your order is complete, you will receive an email alert and we will ship it out. When you order multiple items or sets, we may have to wait for stocks to arrive, so processing time could be longer. If you are making a pre-order, we will process your order when stock arrives, so please be patient.


Due to the nature of the products, goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable, including "sudden tragedies", "lack of funds", "change of hearts" or any other reasons. Sorry about that.


Yes, you will receive the invoice together with your shipment.
